What a property receives
A commission begins with the building. Plans, orientation and the hours the property was designed to receive are read before a frame is made; the shot list follows the architecture, not a template.
Photography
A property set of twenty to forty finished plates — arrival, threshold, circulation, the rooms, the table, and the material at its junctions. Delivered at print and web resolution, colour-managed to a written register, with usage in perpetuity on the property's own channels.
Film
Editorial films that move at the pace of the place: a property film of about ninety seconds, and vertical cuts for the property's own channels. Locked frames, long holds, sound treated as material.
Creative direction
The visual language of a property set and kept — brief, shot list, styling notes, and the register that holds a campaign together across seasons and photographers.
Architecture and interiors
Completed buildings returned to the practices that made them: awards submissions, monographs, press kits, practice archive.
The register
Every plate the house delivers is measured before it ships. Named surfaces are held to a written standard — daylight whites, plaster under lamplight, the floor of the blacks, the ceiling of the whites — so that a set reads as one photographer on one day, and so that a property's second season matches its first. The standard travels with the files.
How it works
A property is read, a shot list is agreed, and the shoot runs to it. First selects within five working days; graded finals within fifteen. Retouching is corrective only.
